Cancellation & Policys
Our cancellation policys is designed to accommodate the changing needs of our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check -in. No refund after that. We encourage guests to review their plans promptly and make adjustments accordingly to take advantage of the available refund options. Our friendly customer support team is available to address any inquiries or concerns. We appreciate your understanding and aim to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for all guests.
Additional damage and cleaning fees
Please note that a security bond is held against your booking via a credit card. This bond may be charged in the event of any damages or additional cleaning requirements resulting from your stay.
If the accommodation is not left in a reasonably clean condition, additional cleaning fees may apply. This includes damages, breakage, and heavily soiled linen. While we understand that accidents can happen, we kindly request all guests to be considerate and respectful of the facilities. By doing so, you allow future guests to enjoy the same high-quality experience we strive to provide to each and every guest.
House Policies
- Our check-in time begins at 3 PM, and we kindly request guests to check out before 10 AM. To ensure a convenient and flexible arrival process, we offer self-check-in facilitated by a lockbox system. This allows you to access the property at your convenience.
- For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the maximum occupancy is set at 12 individuals. Any additional visitors or guests intending to join must receive prior approval. We prioritize maintaining a peaceful environment, no parties or events are allowed to be held on the premises. If you have special events, please check our"Special Events Celebrations" Page.
- To accommodate guests with allergies and maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we have a strict no-pets and no-smoking
- policy throughout the property.
- Before departing, we kindly request that guests turn off all lights, air-condition and appliances. Additionally, please ensure that the house is securely locked, and the key is returned to the lockbox for the next guest's convenience.
- Addtion House Rules: • Prior approval is required for any additional visitors or guests attending the property
- • No parties or events allowed. • No smoking allowed. • No pets allowed. • No unregistered guests allowed. • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. • Please respect the noise curfew. • Please turn off the AC and lights when you go out. • Please respect check-in and check-out times. • Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. • Please don’t rearrange the furniture. • Please do your dishes. • Please take the trash out before you leave. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
